Join Lara Ederer (E-RYT 500, Yoga Medicine Registered Therapeutic Specialist) for a once-in-a-lifetime yoga and safari retreat at Ezulwini Game Lodges: two luxury eco-lodges in a private Big Five reserve within the Greater Kruger National Park. The Ezulwini Experience
The Experience
Each day begins with a sunrise game drive through thousands of hectares of prime wildlife habitat. After a light bite, you’ll flow into a morning yoga practice with Lara, followed by a hearty breakfast. Afternoons offer optional excursions, poolside relaxation, or rest beneath the thatched eaves. In the evening, enjoy a restorative yoga session, a sundowner safari, and a farm-to-table dinner under the stars.
Ezulwini River Lodge
Nestled along the Olifants River, River Lodge is surrounded by lush riverine forest—home to elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and vibrant birdlife. Its organic African architecture includes an indoor lounge and bar, outdoor deck, pool, and skywalk overlooking the plains.
Ezulwini Billy’s Lodge
Set beneath towering leadwood trees and overlooking a wildlife-rich waterhole, Billy’s Lodge features spacious suites with private plunge pools, an elevated deck for stargazing, and a remarkable wine cellar built into the natural sandstone. It’s an intimate, elegant escape for those seeking both serenity and adventure. Time spent at each lodge TBD.
Getting There
Fly into Johannesburg, then take a short domestic flight to Hoedspruit (pronounced Hood-sprayt), where transfers (about 40 minute flight) to Ezulwini will be arranged.
